Completed Arizona Mandala

I have completed the Arizona State Mandala. In addition to the designs I projected, I added mesquite trees. The Palo Verde is the official state tree, but none say Arizona like the Mesquite. I will work on the accompanying video next.

Arizona State Mandala

I have been working on my Arizona State Mandala. I have added the Apache Trout, Hopi sun mask, Navajo pottery, prickly pear cactus, Copper State nickname, a miner's helmet, the state motto, and a cowboy hat. I will be adding a bollo tie with the state gem, turquoise, a palo verde tree, Monument Valley, Sedona, San Xavier, the Grand Canyon, and a sombrero. There is so much that could be included. Am I leaving out one of your favorites?

Maine State Mandala Video

I have revised my Maine State Mandala video and added new music from Daniel ML @ Fiverr.com. He created this music specifically for this video, and it fits nicely.

Plaques

I now have 10" plaques which I have started putting into local gift & souvenir shops. They show the design nicely, and should be a popular item. I do not yet have a way of selling them online, as they are not produced on Zazzle. I will keep you posted as I arrange to do this.

Arizona State Mandala Stage 3

I have added javelinas. Gambel's quails, swallowtail butterflies, and diamondback rattlesnakes to the mandala. The swallowtail butterfly is the official state insect, and I think it may be the most beautiful of all the butterflies. The ridgeback rattlesnake is actually the official state reptile, but I couldn't leave out the diamondback. It is better known, and has lots of associations with Arizona. Tucson has its beautiful diamondback bridge; and of course, Phoenix has the baseball team with the same name. This ring also features the saguaro cactus which is an iconic symbol of Arizona.
