Connecticut Continued
Emanuel painted the robin for Connecticut. I added it to the mountain laurel for the center of the mandala. He also did the cluster of white oak leaves with acorns.

Connecticut State Flower.
The mountain laurel is the state flower for Connecticut. In creating all these flower paintings in Photoshop, I zoom into a high magnification and get to see detail I ordinarily would not. It gives a deeper appreciation of the variety of structure, coloring, and overall beauty of this creation. If I can inspire others to a similar appreciation for the wonders of nature; I will be grateful.

Rhode Island Progress
I have completed this painting of a sparrow, and added it to the Rhode Island mandala. I have added the state motto which is simply hope, and the nickname of The Ocean State. Just two more rings to go. We have already started on Connecticut, which will complete New England.
